This hotel is intimate, clean, and the service is absolutely wonderful. Reception was highly accommodating and able to recommend dining and excursion experiences. The Spa was truly incredible. We will definitely be back!!!”

“This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious, very well furnished, clean and comfortable. The people are kind and helpful. The only reason the service is not five stars is that for a hotel that the hotel did not provide soap by the sink in our bathroom. The hotel notified us that their shipment of soap was not going to be available for another week. They advise us to move the shower gel in and out of the shower. I believe for a hotel like this, one that also functions as a spa, they could’ve come up with another solution. The could have just purchased soap from a local convenience, store or artisan soap, vendor. Instead, they have advised us and other guest to use glass shower gel which is very inconvenient being there at times the shower floor may be wet and the shower gel is in glass bottles.”

“Stayed in this hotel for our wedding weekend back in August. Overall it was a great experience, the room was spacious and we loved the design. The hotel’s breakfast was also amazing. The spa is a must see , so unique and special. My only negative comment is towards the staff and general management. We didn’t feel welcome at all and almost got kicked out of the spa due to a rude employees mistake. Service needs to be improved as well as attention to details and guests. I would say it is closer to a 4 star hotel, compared to other 5 stars I’ve stayed at.”

My overnight stay was in November, so I could visit the spa next door, and it was an absolute treat that complements the hotel perfectly. The staff is very friendly and professional, breakfast was really good, with a wide variety of options and the restaurant/ cafe backyard style is beautiful. It's located right in the city centre and you can get anywhere easily.”
